Regular board meetings are normally held on the third Wednesday of every month at 5:30 p.m. Agenda to be posted on this site prior to meeting, or call (510) 538-2031 for a copy of the agenda.

ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE DESIRING TO ADDRESS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS: Request recognition from the Chair and state your name and address. If you wish to speak on an item, shown on the agenda, under discussion by the Board, you may do so upon receiving recognition from the Chair. If you wish to speak on a matter not shown on the agenda, you may do so at such time as the Chair requests remarks from the Audience.  Public Comments are limited to 2 minutes per speaker, subject to adjustment by the Chair. Your interest in the conduct of the District’s business is appreciated.

Any member of the public may request any item listed on an agenda as a “Handout” (which are items distributed less than 72 hours prior to the meeting) by emailing Barbara Adranly, District Clerk, at badranly@ethd.org
